Booking terms & conditions

Thank you for booking with Retreats by Hampton Therapy. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By completing your booking and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking & Payment
  • 1.1.A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the retreat.
  • 1.2. The remaining balance is due on or before 28 November 2025. If the final balance is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
  • 1.3. Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and you have received a booking confirmation email from us.
2. Cancellation Policy
  • 2.1 All 25% deposits are non-refundable.
  • 2.2. Cancellations made before the retreat are non-refundable, unless your place can be successfully filled from our waiting list.
  • 2.3. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any unexpected changes to your plans.
  • 2.4. If the retreat is cancelled by the organisers (Retreats by Hampton Therapy) due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
3. Transfer Policy
  • 3.1. You may transfer your booking to another person
  • 3.2. This transfer is only valid with prior written approval from the organisers (Retreats by Hampton Therapy). The new participant must agree to these same Terms and Conditions.
4. Health, Safety & Participant Responsibility
  • 4.1. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 4.2. You are required to disclose any physical or mental health conditions on your booking form. This information is held in strict confidence and helps us support you appropriately during the retreat.
  • 4.3. You understand that this retreat is a therapeutic experience but is not a substitute for ongoing individual therapy or crisis support.
  • 4.4. You understand that during any free time on the retreat, you are responsible for your own health and safety if you choose to leave the accommodation.

5. Confidentiality & Group Agreement
  • 5.1. To ensure a safe and respectful environment, you agree that everything shared by other participants within the retreat group is confidential and must not be discussed outside the group.
  • 5.2. You agree to respect the privacy, boundaries, and emotional safety of all other participants and staff.

6. What Is Included
  • 6.1. Full access to all retreat sessions and workshops.
  • 6.2 Three healthy, balanced meals per day and snacks prepared by a private chef.
  • 6.3. Unlimited refreshments (water, tea, coffee).
  • 6.4. Accommodation in a luxury en-suite room.
  • 6.5. One 50-minute individual online session before the retreat.
  • 6.6. One 50-minute individual online follow-up session after the retreat.
7. What Is Not Included
  • 7.1. Travel to and from the retreat venue, The Cattleshed.
  • 7.2. Individual Reiki and massage sessions, which are available at an additional charge.
  • 7.3. Travel insurance.
