- To Ensure Your Safety and Wellbeing: To share essential information (such as dietary requirements ) with our partners, like our private chef, and to ensure our yoga instructo and therapists are aware of any relevant health information.
- Communication: To send you booking confirmations , payment reminders, and other essential information about the retreat.
- Internal Record Keeping: For our own administrative and financial records.
- Legal Obligations: To comply with health and safety regulations or other legal requirements.
- Marketing: We may periodically send promotional emails about new retreats or other information we think you may find interesting. We will only do this if you have given your explicit consent to receive such communications.

All partners are required to keep this information confidential.
- Payment Processors: Your information will be shared with third-party payment gateways to process your deposit and final payments securely.
- Legal Requirements: We may release your information if we are required to do so by law or to protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.

We have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
